Return Policy
Change of Mind Returns
If a customer wishes to return an item due to change of mind or incorrectly purchased item, Fastron may return a regular stocked as new item for the original selling price less a 20% restocking fee. If the item was ordered specifically for the customer, this item can not be returned for refund. Please contact us to advise currently stocked items.
Delivery Method
Fastron does not currently offer free shipping. we are working to streamline our online service to offer free shipping for minimum order values.
Freight charges are calculated from our website. If you feel there is some excessive freight charges being applied please contact us as we are still validating our freight system.
We use a combination of TNT, Toll, and Couriers Please for our deliveries.
Deliveries typically take 1 day for Melb, Sydney, Adelaide, and 2-3 days for Brisbane, Perth, and VIC country areas.
Under 3kg packages go overnight
Customer arranged pickcup option is available at checkout.
Are the prices shown including GST?
All published or quoted prices are excluding GST and GST is applied at checkout.
Is product documentation available online?
We do our best to keep all relevant datasheets, brochures, and user manuals up to date and available from the lower tab on our product web pages.
Warranty Returns
The Majority of parts we sell offer a 12 month warranty from the date of dispatch for the Fastron warehouse.
LEM Products carry a 5 year warranty from the date of dispatch from Fastron warehouse.
Any faulty parts should be sent back to Fastron for assessment and Fastron notified and given detailed fault report.
Fastron will test the part and make a determination as to the cause of failure.
