Fully equipped development laboratory to support the;-

Power Semiconductor Testing

 
• Testing Power Semiconductors to determine devices that are out of specification. (Generally not viable unless device is >50A).
• Selecting critical parameters such as Gate Current, Volt Drop, Holding Current and Peak Inverse Voltage for example.
• Microscopic examination of the silicon wafer to ascertain the likely cause of failure. (Applies to "Puk" devices > 200A).
• Recommend replacements.
