You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your final refund amount.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

* Free shipping excludes Heavy items such as some heatsink extrusions, and heavy items such as capacitors, large power controllers, and other particularly heavy items.

For deliveries which have any single item which is 30kgs or more suitable handling equipment must be available at the destination such as forklift of pallet stacker, otherwise there may be additional handling charges, or re-delivery charges from $50-350AUD depending on the circumstances. These are incurred costs which must be recovered from the purchaser.

Any additional costs, including delivery to a remote or non-commercial premises may incur additional charges. These charges will be added to the invoice where applicable.

 

Aus Post Shipping

Aus Post Shipping has no Insurance and is selected at customers onw risk. if you require guaranteed, insured delivery or your order, we suggest to select courier delivery or arrange your own via email.

Please note for returned items there are additional fees outlined below. We charge these fees plus 20% to cover our internal administration costs when the customer is at fault.

Free Shipping

Free shipped items are shipped via Australia Post standard parcel or satchel Delivery can be up to 5 working days from the following business day the order is placed.

Note: Free shipping is NOT available for discounted products via DISCOUNT COUPON, WHOESALE or EMAIL ORDERS unless clearly specified. If free shipping is selected, we will check the best possible rate with you and 1) for Non account customers we will issue an additional invoice to cover the freight costs, or 2) For Account Customers will confirm the best shipping method with you, and confirm the charges, prior to shipping the goods. 

Free Shipping is via Aus Post and is not insured or guaranteed.

Free Shipping is NOT available for ODD sizes products , HEAVY products or products which are deemed uneconomical to ship via aus post.

Free Shipping is NOT available for ANY international shipments.

Note: The words "Free Shipping" stated at checkout, refer to "No Shipping Charges", and does not refer to the goods being shipped for free. The shipping option you select determines the shipping cost. By choosing the default option: "Customer Collection", you are to provide us with your courier account shipping details by email/phone, or to arrange collection from your side once packaging details have been confirmed by email. 

Partial Shipment Charges

If any customer requests part shipment, then it is deemed accepted that a 2^nd freight charge will be applied. We will re-quote both freight charges at the time of the 2^nd shipment unless otherwise requested in advance.

Refunds (Free Shipping)

If your order included Free shipping then the cost of shipping will be deducted from the final refund amount.
