Fastron Electronics Store reserves the right to investigate the lost parcel cause before issuing a replacement item. For Non-Courier deliveries to houses or mailboxes, Fastron Electronics Store takes no responsibility for theft or lost parcels.

Returns:


Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Goods which are listed as backorder(non stock) at the time of order, or manufactured to order are exempt from being returned.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, order number or invoice number.

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, we are unable to offer a refund.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery may be refunded less a restocking fee of 20% at the discretion of management. 

LEM parts have 5 years Warranty from the date of dispatch from the LEM factory. This includes the time held in stock at Fastron warehouse.

Shinko products carry a warranty of 3 years form date of dispatch from the Shinko Warehouse. This includes the time held in stock at Fastron warehouse.

Warranty on all other parts is 12 months after date of dispatch from Fastron Warehouse.

Fastron PID Temperature Controllers carry 3 year warranty and offer return to base replacement only.

Cancellations

Items which have already been shipped can not be cancelled.

Items which have been packaged and not yet shipped will incur a 10% restocking fee upon cancellation.

Non stocked items which have already been ordered from our supplier can not be cancelled under any circumstances. 

Note: these fees or conditons may be waived if an item or equal or greater value is to be exchanged. Ultimately the decsion will be at the sales managers discretion.

Refunds (if applicable)


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Refunds are typically rejected for 'change of mind' or incorrectly ordered items. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed less a 20% restocking fee. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days. 

If subsitituted for an item of equal or greater value restocking fee may be waived as long as the goods are in original packaging and as new resalable condition.

Refunds for incorrectly supplied items or error in a parts website decription will be refunded without question including the shipping fee.

If your order included Free shipping then the cost of shipping will be deducted from the final refund amount.



Late or missing refunds (if applicable)


If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.



Exchanges (if applicable)


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged under warranty, or the fault lies with Fastron. Warranty on LEM items is 5 years from delivery date from LEM factory. Slow moving stock and all other times have 12 months warranty. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@fastron.com.au and send your item to: 9B Lakewood Bvd, Braeside VIC 3195, Australia. Any offer for exchange is subject to managment approval.



Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

* - Free shipping excludes Heavy items such as some heatsink extrusions, and heavy items such as capacitors, large power controllers, and other particularly heavy items.
